Flat production for demanding jobs
The Spectrum FB 1610 is designed to handle demanding flatbed printing jobs with a 1600×1000 mm area. The use of up to eight Epson i3200 printheads allows the machine to be configured for CMYK+W+V or CMYK+W, utilizing white and varnish according to application needs. Its piezoelectric inkjet technology and available resolutions up to 1500 dpi enable it to handle jobs requiring high definition. The UV LED curing system and the use of solvent- and VOC-free UV LED inks, compliant with REACH and RoHS, contribute to a minimal environmental impact within the specified parameters. The machine incorporates a suction platform, a high-precision double linear guide rail, a quiet feed chain, an anti-collision sensor, and automatic cleaning systems with dry-out prevention, ensuring process stability and continuous production.
Quality up to 1500 dpi and 3–15
The Spectrum FB 1610 offers a print speed range of 3–15 m²/h, as indicated in the technical specifications (page 1). This allows for adjusting the workflow between productivity and detail, supported by resolutions of 360×1080, 720×720, 720×1080, and 720×1440 dpi, with a print resolution of up to 1500 dpi. The combination of piezoelectric inkjet technology and Epson i3200 printheads contributes to stable droplet formation and high-quality visual output. Standard ICC color control is integrated with CMYK+W+V / CMYK+W settings to manage color reproduction in different quality modes, allowing the machine to be adapted to various types of flatbed printing within the 1600×1000 mm area.
Flatbed for parts up to 100 mm
The Spectrum FB 1610 is designed for flatbed printing with a 1600×1000 mm build volume and a print height/diameter of 0–100 mm (see technical specifications on page 1). This allows printing with parts and materials within this height range, utilizing the suction platform to keep the substrate stable during printing. The CMYK+W+V / CMYK+W color configuration and UV ink curing allow the use of white and varnish depending on the material. The anti-collision sensor helps protect the printheads in case of surface irregularities, contributing to safer operation on various substrates compatible with the machine’s UV LED system.

UV LED inks with efficient curing
The Spectrum FB 1610 uses UV LED ink labeled as solvent- and VOC-free, complying with REACH and RoHS regulations, thus ensuring minimal environmental impact within these parameters. The ink type is specified as UV lamp cured, using UV LED lamps with a lifespan of over 20,000 hours (according to the technical data sheet on page 1). The CMYK+W+V / CMYK+W color configuration allows for the combination of color, white, and varnish within the UV LED system, managed by standard ICC color control. The 1000 ml ink tank per color, refillable on the fly during printing, helps maintain production without prolonged interruptions, integrating with the automatic cleaning and dry-out prevention systems defined for the Spectrum FB 1610.
