The Spectrum S1500 is designed for industrial production on kraft paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, paper, and other porous materials. Its five FI1000 printheads and 1,500 mm print width enable it to handle large formats and multiple designs per pass, while maintaining speeds of up to 30 m/min. The combination of water-based and pigment-based CMYK inks delivers results suitable for paper-based packaging applications, while ICC control helps ensure consistency across print runs. It is a robust platform for those who need to scale up volume without sacrificing digital flexibility.

A balance of speed and detail

The S1500 prints at 30 m/min with resolutions of 1200×300 dpi, 1200×600 dpi, and 1200×1200 dpi. This allows you to choose the optimal balance between productivity and level of detail depending on the job: from high-volume printing where speed is paramount, to prints requiring higher definition for text, codes, or graphics on porous materials within a width of 1500 mm.

This thickness range makes it suitable for a wide variety of boxes, trays, and paper-based packaging solutions, enabling direct printing onto the substrate within its 2,500 mm wide feed specifications.
