Single-pass for large format

The Spectrum S1800 is designed for industrial production of packaging and applications on kraft paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, paper, and other porous materials. Its six FI1000 printheads and 1,800 mm print width allow for large formats or multiple designs per pass, while maintaining speeds of up to 30 m/min. The combination of water-based and pigment-based CMYK inks delivers results suitable for direct printing on cardboard, while standard ICC color management helps maintain color consistency across runs and reference samples. It is a robust platform for scaling up volume while preserving the flexibility of digital printing.

Industrial-grade speed, precise detail

The Spectrum S1800 prints at 30 m/min in single-pass mode, with resolutions of 1200×300 dpi, 1200×600 dpi, and 1200×1200 dpi. This configuration allows you to balance productivity and detail depending on the type of job: from high-volume jobs where speed is paramount to applications requiring higher definition for text, codes, and graphics on porous materials up to 1800 mm wide.

Optimized for paper packaging

The S1800 prints on kraft paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, paper, and other porous materials with a thickness range of 1–80 mm. This wide range of substrates makes it suitable for boxes, trays, sleeves, and various paper-based packaging solutions, allowing for direct printing on the substrate within its 2,500 mm wide feed specifications.
