The 4-liter-per-color continuous ink system reduces downtime due to refilling and supports long print runs. ICC color management ensures consistency and adjustable density depending on the application. Designed for high-volume large-format printing, it offers durability, speed, and repeatability all in one machine.

High speed, high definition

With up to 8 Konica 1024i printheads, the JR-SP ECO3200 achieves speeds of up to 500 m²/h in a single pass, 260 m²/h in two passes, and 130 m²/h in three passes, while maintaining a maximum resolution of 1024dpi. The combination of piezoelectric technology and eco-solvent ink delivers crisp text and high-density graphics, ideal for high-volume production of large-format applications without sacrificing visual quality.

Large-format flexible

The JR-SP ECO3200 has a print width of 3,200 mm and supports media up to 5 mm thick, enabling it to handle a wide range of roll-to-roll applications within that range. Its eco-solvent configuration and ICC color management make it easy to adapt to various compatible substrates, ensuring print stability and consistent results in daily production.

Eco-solvent ink for Konica 1024i

The eco-solvent ink for the JR-SP ECO3200 is compatible with Konica 1024i printheads and is available in CMYK. Its high fluidity helps prevent clogging and extends the life of the printhead, delivering vibrant colors, a wide color gamut, and excellent stability. It offers outdoor durability of up to 24 months, low odor, and a more eco-friendly ROHS formulation, suitable for high-speed printing. Key properties: viscosity 3–4.5 cP, surface tension 28–30 mN/m, flash point ~71 °C. Optimal conditions: 25–28 °C; storage 20–28 °C, in a dry place away from direct light, with a shelf life of 12 months.
