Large format UV for continuous production
The Spectrum UV 3200 is designed for continuous, large-format production thanks to its maximum print width of 3200 mm. The 2–4 Epson i3200 printheads allow for various productivity levels within the roll-to-roll UV system. The combination of up to 8 colors (C, M, Y, K, FM, FY, V, W) enables the use of standard colors, white, varnish, and fluorescent inks, depending on the selected configuration. The use of solvent- and VOC-free UV LED ink, compliant with REACH and RoHS regulations, contributes to minimal environmental impact within the specified parameters. This range of modes allows you to choose between higher productivity or greater coverage depending on the job requirements. The printer operates with a print resolution of up to 2400 dpi and uses piezoelectric inkjet technology with Epson i3200 printheads. Standard ICC color control is integrated with the system, supporting up to 8 colors and helping to maintain consistent color reproduction across the 3200 mm width. Roll-to-roll for multiple flexible substrates

Eco-responsible UV LED inks for roll
The Spectrum UV 3200 uses UV LED ink, with a capacity of 1.5 liters per color. This ink is solvent- and VOC-free and complies with REACH and RoHS regulations, guaranteeing minimal environmental impact within those parameters. The system supports up to eight colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Fluorescent Magenta, Fluorescent Yellow, Varnish, and White, which are integrated with standard ICC color control. Curing is achieved using UV lamps, allowing the ink to be applied to compatible flexible media with thicknesses between 1.5 and 8 mm and a width of 3200 mm.
