360° quality up to 1200 dpi
The Spectrum CYLINDER C2000 combines 360° full-color printing with a resolution of up to 1200 dpi, making it ideal for detailed graphics, fine text, and smooth gradients on cylindrical surfaces. Thanks to the RICOH Gh2220/G4/G6 industrial printheads, droplet formation is stable and precise, resulting in sharp contours and consistent colors across the entire circumference of the part. The 7-axis motor maintains automatic control over rotational and translational movements, ensuring accurate registration even during continuous jobs. The color control system with standard ICC profiles helps reliably reproduce colors across different jobs and materials, maintaining consistent visual quality in short and medium runs.

The Spectrum CYLINDER C2000 is designed to accommodate a wide range of cylindrical applications, as shown in the application diagram on the technical data sheet (bottles, thermoses, glasses, mugs, and other cylindrical containers). Its 360° full-color printing covers the entire surface of the container, making it ideal for branding, promotions, and custom series. By using UV LED inks, the machine can print on various substrates compatible with this type of curing, offering flexibility to manufacturers and customization shops that work with different types of cylindrical containers within the parameters recommended by the ink and machine suppliers.
